My camera (a Nikon D70) was stolen from me... so it looks like I am in need of a new one. I love the camera and would like to get the same thing... Anyone have any ideas as to where I can get a good deal? I am not good at this kind of thing and probably will spend $100+ dollars more than I need to if left to my own shopping incompetence...

i don\'t recommend online shopping unless you are going with big legit companies. check out what major department stores are around and get some info/compare. try walmart, kmart, target, circuit city, best buy, etc. or just ask todd anderson.

As far as replacement, try ebay or bhphoto.com if you think you want to go used. Or try your neighborhood pawn shop, they might have
yours. If you want new, probably bhphoto is your best bet.
Just remembered: pricegrabber.com is pretty cool as well.
if you go B&H and you dont want to pay for shipping, i can pick it up here in the city and bring it to you when i come up to visit.
