  i won\'t go on a quit smoking rant, but if you have or ever will have kids, think about quuitting if for no other reason than to not put them (and the rest of your family) through this.
  
  
  also, try find a minute or two today to call your folks and tell them how much you love them. you can simply never do that enough....
