As a former fast food junkie I found this hilarious.
Ever notice how in the advertisments and even the pictures in the establishments the **** doesn\'t look half bad; yet when you open up the wrapper you immediately regret your purchase?

Oh please.

McDonalds, Wendys, etc etc. They have a place.

I eat it sometimes. Usually on a road trip because it is quick and easy to find and usually everybody can find something they want.

Is it good for you, probably not but if you don\'t eat it all the time then it is no big deal

food is always cleaned up for pictures. I mean, they spray paint turkeys to give them a rich brown coat and nice shine before photographs. This is nothing new.

most fast food is gross but that wont stop me from eating it 4-5 times a year on road trips. i usually stick to the chicken nuggets, chicken patties (without mayo) or fish sandwiches (without tartar sauce) and fries. besides that i do like the occasional taco bell. during football season ive been known to put down a whole family meal (10 tacos and a mexican pizza) to get a good base for a long day of drinking.

i love fast food, if it weren\'t for fast food i would only consume beer..... not that i\'m saying thats a bad thing or that i don\'t often do that anyways but i can always manage to scrounge up 99 cents for a wendy\'s burger.

If you want your burger to look like the commercial you\'ll need to make it outta particle board, foam rubber, spray paint and bungee chords. Oh, and bring Wolfgang Fuk along to contruct it for you.

Best Burger around (IMO) - 5 Guy\'s Burgers and Fries. Just a shame about their fries though.

I still selectively eat some fast food but I have not eaten a fast food burger not even In and Out since I saw Fast Food Nation a month and a half ago. Yeah I have known all the reasons for not eating it from the not so clean slaughterhouses on but the focus of fecal particles in the frozen patties in the movie just did it for me. Yeah all that **** is cooked away but just the thought leaves me leary. So I know I will probably end up eating In and Out again **** or not but that\'s the only burger I will eat from now on from a fast food joint.

As for those examples of fast food one needs to read that the food was taken home and opened. I wonder if they would do the same kind of sampling using dine in portions and what the difference would then be.

i was in NH last year on my way to go camping and had to stop at a McDonald\'s. let me tell you the food given to me really actually looked like the picture. nice green lettuce, thick juicy burgers and fresh buns. I\'ve never seen anything like it to this day. and it was delicious
