I enjoy the Kashi but had to stop eating it.

That massive upswing in protein had undesirable consequences (for me).

Your system gets used to it after 1-2 weeks.

Also, don\'t eat too much in one sitting.  Eating smaller portions more frequently through out the day is better for your digestion and your metabolism. It\'s a lifestyle change, but it\'s one of the best things I\'ve ever done for myself.

I was persistent, ate it for like 6 - 8 months, spent the entire time crop dusting my office, and honestly, that was from a breakfast of, maybe 1 cup.  I couldn\'t imagine the blast effects from a large bowl.  I\'d be knocking over cube walls and blowing out the seat of my pants.

Like I said, tasty stuff.  Just wasn\'t right for my digestive system.

I stand corrected Slim.  It seems I severely underestimated your flatulence.

"Oooh I love farting in the bathtub, at clubs, at home, on the road, in your face. Unload..in your eyeball. Fart while walking down the sidewalk. After nightfall...to the point you spray Lysol."

Can anyone name what song this is from?
