I really like the Kashi cereals but they make me way too gassy to eat.  I work in an office environment, I can\'t be walking around busting ass all day.

I totally forgot about Apple Jacks, I may have to pick some up for dinner tonight.

not sure if i posted in this thread, but i eat a 1.76oz. box of kellog\'s all-bran daily.

other cereals i LOVE, but hardly ever eat:

Corn Pops (recently had at aruny\'s for the first time in a long time. YUM!!)
Apple Jacks
Rice Krispies
Cocoa Krispies (can\'t beat the chocolate milk when you\'re done!)
HONEY COMB!!
Cheerios
Kix
Rice Chex (nice and soggy)

I eat a lot of cereal.

If I don\'t have cereal for breakfast, I have yogurt with granola.

My favorite cereals are:
Cascadia Farms Hearty Morning
   "            "     Wheat Crunch
Cheerios
Special K
Kashi Shredded Wheat

For the junk-food cereals, it\'s all about Oh\'s. Goldern Grahams are killer too.

Aaaaannnd I just remembered I\'m out of milk. Damnit.
