what would underarm cankles be called?

my manager is pretty big and she likes wearing these sleeveless shirt things. however, the arm holes are generally pretty tight, so she kinda overflows her shirts, much like a cankle would overflow a shoe. i\'ve been wracking my brain but i can\'t figure out a good word for it... flarms (flabby arms) maybe?
