im spewing that every single goddamn thread with a bittorrent link or otherwise,this cat asks for folks to burn em for him.
im pretty sure were all pretty much capable of downloading>burning ****.

don\'t be so sure there whippersnapper. i gave it up when i realized it had to become another hobby complete with instructions and updates and purchasing and being around and interruptions and and and....and...i said **** this....i\'ll by beers and be rightous otherwise in the hopes that those better capable than i, would continue to hook me up. the less i have to count on MY computer skills, the better the whole world will be. i also actually buy some stuff....can you believe it?

Okay - I can burn shows and I do buy blanks. I just don\'t have the knowledge on how to do BT right now. Plus, the computer that I have is not solely for downloading shows - my wife uses the computer and needs to have access that is not slowed down by me downloading a show. And I know that this may come as a shock to some, but the computer only gets turned on when someone is using it and gets shut down after someone is done with it. I\'m not asking for people to burn and send me shows, I\'m just asking for them to be accessible in mp3 format like archive.org or other sites. I asked for someone to burn me a copy of the dvd because as noted above, my computer does not stay on all day and it serves other purposes than downloading shows. If it\'s really that big of a deal to all, I\'ll stop asking for help and download the shows that I can.

its definately that big a deal..
instead of looking for sympathy,and instead of exposing yourself as a clueless computer user,why dont u read-up for a second about bittorrent/how to run a computer.
id be more than happy to walk you through the glorious/faboulous world of bittorrent.
on a sidenote,leave your computer running.put it on standby if your not actually using it.

I understand how to use a computer, but it\'s not my highest priotity to learn every method of downloading music. Basically, if I ask for help and no one responds, I leave it at that, I don\'t go in the corner and cry and then come back and whine until someone helps me. And again, it\'s a personal choice, but in my house, we turn off non-essential appliances when they\'re not in use - this includes the computer.
