Contrary to what my liver thinks, I am a firm believer that the morning after beer helps in recovery.
Ahhh...the good ole 3 day Breakfast bender.....I still havent fully recovered from my first year of breafkast benders.....I just kept rolling them into the next.....6+ years later I am the man you see before you.......what should you take away from that? take what you will.....

If I had stuck with beer I probably would have been fine. Kim and I were sitting at the bar and I felt sort of nostalgic so I ordered a Snake Bite (Yukon Jack & splash of Lime Juice) shot for us. we had just finished it when Tim sat down and said hey lets do a shot. He suggested Jameson and well ........
