make sure you get a renters insurance policy, that way if your **** does get ruined you have coverage. the landlords insurance doesn\'t cover your ****, neglect or no neglect. should be more than about $150 to $200 per year. CHEAP CHEAP, and totally worth it. do it before the water and ice damn issue gets worse, esp. come spring time.

Thanks everyone. There are guys here trying to fix the problem now.

Paul was going to help me with the problem because he\'s the nicest person ever, but my landlord didn\'t like the idea of us up on a ladder I guess, and decided to call someone to fix it.
