Totally boss show. Every note was fire and the boys brought it strong to the EC. Great crowd that was eating it up! The opening jam found the Breakfast machine ready to explore some new territory, and Doughboy was a surprising choice and jammed hard. Jordan\'s vocals were great and nice and loud!

CMSS is always so good. This version did not disappoint and the guys were having some fun with this one. The jam melted so perfectly into Peaches, which got a rise out of the crowd. ExFunk\'s jam was mindblowing to say the least. Just as I thought that it couldn\'t get much hotter on stage, the band threatens to overheat with another killer sandwich. Honey Butter, oh yeah!!!

Setbreak found us some fresh air, a chance to rest, and a good shot of rejuvenation. Set 2 was a dream. If the first set was good, set 2 pushed it over the top. Its hard to pick a fave here, but its always a super treat to hear GBFBITS. BB had a sick, sick funk jam and Harry went way out beyond the gravitational pull of the planet.

Great encore choice. Tim played some slide on this funkfest and the jam went outside of the normal parameters of Shake. The GD wished they could\'ve funked it like this!

All in all, a tremendous evening with the world\'s greatest band. So great to see the upstate crew and the Bfam and the .info peoples representing. The guys deserve more crowds like this one. Great to see a line at the door to get in! Can\'t wait for the Jamboree!!!

Thanks guys for coming out to play for us!

nicely said, frolfer! last night was a rage fest and a half!!!

What a great time. The boys always throw down at this place. Lots of great jams and high energy

Slight correction: No segue into Fiery Ball out of Metro, and no segue into HLH from Beef

It was cool to see Metro again where it was debuted 2 years ago, and I had a weird feeling they were going to play a full Beef Barley, after the crazy unfinished 12/26 version that was jammed into Brick in the Wall

And the show ended with the last verse of "Question." The absolutely absurd Shakedown jam got ill nasty and went into this somehow.... mind = blown. Not sure how this would be noted on this setlist, I guess just mentioning it was teased would be sufficient. It wasn\'t Shakedown > Question, and it wasn\'t enough to call it the "end" of Question I don\'t think.... it was just the last line of the song basically.....

So the question is.... if you combine dough, peaches, honey, and beef, how would it taste? Best to eat it in a sandwich, and wash it down with SERanac, methinks

Another epic weekend in Utica!

SICK show here!  Now that\'s the kind of Breakfast I needed... they definitely came to play in Utica!!!  ...and on a side note, DAMN NATURE YOU SCARY!!!  That was quite a Lightning storm at the rest area, damn near got hit... repeatedly, guess that\'s why they call it the Electric Company.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb1HSnuR8WE&feature=related
Lois: What the hell?  Marilyn Manson?  Is that who\'s causing all this?  Peter: Yeah, it\'s all him or hers fault.  Who does he or she think he or she is?  Look, you can totally see his or her nipples.  That\'s obscene... maybe.  Lois: There\'s only one thing to do.  Peter: You\'re right.  We got to find this Marilyn Manson and I\'ve got to give that bastard or **** a piece of my mind or ****.

although the breakfast was stellar as per usual, my personal highlight may have been rushing chuck (moe. guitarist) from behind, wrapping my arms around his waist for a big hug, mumbling something that likely was totally incoherent, then proceeding to spill beer on myself. it was totally amazing. :D
