all i have to say is, if you consider yourself a serious breakfast fan, this show is a must listen and i highly recommend you listen to it if a recording surfaces (i hope to **** god it does!!).  what was the best 1st set ever pretty much turned into the best performance i have seen of this band, and especially with chris and matt in the mix.  i didn\'t have a chance to say goodbye/best wishes to matt and i wish i did because this show was seriously a monster and i\'m going to miss him w/ the group and his presence has been tremendous.

who the **** opens up w/ eppy3>tunage??  eppy 3 pretty much summed up that the rest of the show was gonna be killer.  the jam out of hard luck was **** UNREAL...ive heard all this **** about the iron horse hlh (which i haven\'t listened to) but i\'m sure its up there (or better;)).  a lot of dark dance-y jams during 2nd set of queeb>metropolis>willie the pimp ala tDB.  this show totally makes up for LA\'s show, SD was a throat kicker for sure.  2nd time hearing metropolis now and i can see the heights and potential from last night\'s show.  oh yeah...encore of WUIAC>Cult of personality???  FORGETABOUTIT!!  first time seeing cult and it was nasty!  this show was defintely east coast quality, but located on the west, i wish all my fellow breakfasters back east were here to witness this as there was some ser grimy **** going on!!  seriously unfucking real and i\'m so glad i got to see it.  leith- i\'m glad you found your way onto posting your review!  had so much fun at this show with everyone!  oh and today i ate at that pizza place like bar, it was deeeeelicious.

once the guys get back east, you guys will be in for a big treat during those halloween shows...LOOKOUT!!!

The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

Did anyone catch that kid that looked exactly like Dave Peck?  He even had the Dave Peck hat.  Tried to get a few photos of the kid, but don\'t have a flash on my camera phone.  Steve thought he was a hybrid Dave Peck and Alexander thought he looked like Dave Peck.  I love Estahwhaddup.

hi folks, new around these parts but been into the Breakfast since moving to SD (Baja Bash 03).  Great show last week, amazing stuff & terrific energy right thru the encore!

Setlist could use a note of "Helpless Dancer" (The Who) tease at the end of 1st set in Buquebus.  Mentioned that I dug it to Tim at setbreak & he laughed Mark likes to throw that in sometimes.
