Also, See the Light = BEST BREAKFAST SONG. There, I said it.

you\'re out of your mind

See the Light has always been my favorite Breakfast song.  Haven\'t heard it in a while so I was really happy they played it last night! :)

Looks like they\'ll be back there again Sat. August 23rd.

Oops, just realized it\'s already on the calendar.

Light travels faster than sound. That is why some people appear bright...until you hear them speak.

i want to hear a rufus where they jam the shnot out of the intro part.  that would make for an amazing jam, then bust into the verses then the end jam?  forget about it

  i think i bumped into you once while i was jumping around and spilled one of your beers, then i spilled the other when i realized what i had done and turned around to say sorry, consequently hitting your other hand and spilling your other beer. see my subtitle -- i\'m just stupid! (and again -- sorrrrrry!)

I was trying to have fun, but I was driving this drunk **** around all night.  "Pick me up from the train station, buy me drinks, entertain me!"  Totally ruined the experience for me! ;)

But in all honesty, I had such a good time Friday night.  Happy Hour (almost) > Pre-party > the Breakfast...I only wish I didn\'t have to move all weekend so I could have done a little late-night.

Show was totally seeer.  Great turnout and awesome setlist/energy.  First time hearing Metropolis and I really liked it.  It sounded very Chilipeppers-esque.  It has potential to be a monster.

Sound was sweet too.  Maybe the best \'See the Light\' i\'ve ever seen too (either this or the one from 12/29/07).  Taboot had the place rockin\'.

Second set was a lot of fun too.  Hopefully the band won over some new fans this weekend.

I will most likely see everybody this weekend @ Toad\'s.

Metropolis verses = Steely Dan... listening to it right now, this jam is moody butter.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash
