R U fuckin\' SER? Dude that is dedication. Fracture your ankle and stick around to watch the show. This band is just that good or you\'re just that crazy.
Probably both.
damn son.
your cut off!
I\'ve had similar experiences and lived to tell about them so don\'t worry about it.
Stay up.

Badass. :banrock:
the best part is he has his breakfast new years run shirt on
Yeah, when I was first helping him walk, I thought he was trashed too. I brought him in to the bathroom and then parked him in a chair for the whole show. Nice x-ray!!
I dont even know where to start regarding this incarnation of the breakfast.............i wasnt even gonna post, but i wanted to make a comment about the vocal jams.........i do believe that they have been going to them a lot of late, but you have to understand that even with 10 plus hours of practice a week, they are still a brand new band (yet again). they are still getting to know eachother musically and even though it is the ultimate phishy thing to do, short of bringing out trampolines for hard luck harry, i think that the vocal jams are intrugal for this band to really get intimate with themselves on stage together as a band.
This is truly a new age, yet again, for this band . But the grueling practice schedule that they are adhering to as well the pressure of trying to learn an entire body of work while simultaniously creating a new one, is brand new to everyone. It will take time but I do believe that it is obvious that they are on their way to make a monster statement in the world of music and lights............
I also must say that I am still dealing with the loss and absence of Ron Spears. He is a true leader and instant inspiration to anyone who knows him. When I heard that Ron was leaving, I figured that NYE would not only be his last show but also the breakfasts.
His leaving would leave behind the biggest pair of shoes needing to be filled. Though i am a forever optimist, i couldnt believe that, shortly after finding Oestreicher, could this band now find the one musician to fill the absence of Save in the breakfast. In my mind they would have had to find not only a better technical musician, but also someone that could compliment all of the music that ron was part of creating.
After I heard this band with its new bassist, it was apparant to me that there is someone or something that just doesnt want this band to cease to exist. At the acoustic show last night Chris Deangelis was described to me, and I think it sums it up perfectly, as a "savage bass player". I would just like to thank Broseph for bringing us Chris Deangelis, for he is our savior and the filler of the biggest shoes ever left on a rock and roll stage for a rock and roll band to fill.

I hear that. I had my wisdom teeth out last week and developed a dry a socket (loss of blood clot in the extraction site) leaving my jaw bone partially exposed and visible. It\'s weird but kinda cool looking at X-rays too. Especially of the skull. I forget that we are all skeletons wrapped up in veins and flesh.

Chris is the man. He is not too flashy but he is ultra precise with every note he hits and he hits all the right notes, right on time. His improvisation is very solid. His sound (so far anyway) is a little less zippy than save\'s but equally stylish and much cleaner. I agree there is definitely a higher power working in this band\'s favor for them to first land striker and now D-Man..it\'s simply miraculous. Glad to hear the intensive practice sessions are continuing. They should be firing on all cylinders by the time summer rolls around.
