no, but I ran into someone I haven\'t seen for a while, and he seemed pretty excited to go and he might be bringing a couple people along as well.
the freakouts usually get a good crowd (lebowski and star wars)
I think the biggest I\'ve seen was the 1000th show last summer... I think it was over 5 hunge anyway... ::shrug::
And ya, the Star Wars Freakout was pretty well attended as well.

Unfortunately for most openers, the Breakfast crowd are mostly late arrivers.......I will be there though......

That is a pretty rough time slot. Does The Webster really anticipate that many alcoholic bums at the bar that early, to justify a 6:30 band?
no its just a way to maake a little more money for them.
here\'s how it works...if you sign up for an opening slot, they mail you 50 or so tickets. the band who sells the most gets the slot right before the headliner.
the band with the least tickets sold plays when no one is there....as of now thats probably us, which makes me sad because i know we can throw down hard enough to blow some breakfastheads minds

We were lucky enough to get a lot of our friends down for the show in Feb. but now we have gotten a pretty nice little crowd in the past few months and I know people would be down with you guys.
Btw I beleive my band is the "main opening" band right before the Breakfast so I hope some of you check us out...you might remeber us from a corner pocket show with The Good Time Boys a couple months back.
And yeah playing the Webster sucks when it comes to ticket sales, but that what they got to do....

As a functional alcoholic, I take great exception to your "bum" comment. We\'re all not "bums". Some of us have great jobs, that we make it to every day. Sure, maybe we\'re still schnockered from the night before. But damn it, we\'re there and we\'re makin\'
**** happen... at least for the first few hours (before the buzz turns into a hangover).
