This place does look classy. Okay people nobody is allowed to scratch their ass. I won\'t name names.
i am so
**** pumped for this. no one better stink this place up or else there will be trouble.
Just need 400 people to go. Out of NYC there has to be atleast that many. Really need a date before to entice some slackers to get out and go.

:point:
That\'s it, I\'m not going!!! :thumbsdow
The place is actually very much like Danial\'s Street re: stage and layout.
eh, not really. more straight on than angled. def bigger. to me anyway. better sound, and lights will be great in the Coda. cant wait for this
****.
now all we need is philthy of NJ the night before and i would be uber-happy.
Maybe this time I\'ll see ya!!
True dat!
Very excited about 2 sets. And the 11:30 is actually a pretty good start time b/c it gives all the NYC slackers/stoners/whatever you want to call them a chance to actually get there in time.
so ya\'ll NYCers going to promote this show and sell it out?
so ya\'ll NYCers going to promote this show and sell it out?
unfortunately i\'ve promoted shows in nyc pretty hard over the years and the turn out really never blows me away. of course i\'d LOVE to see the place sell out, but i\'m not going to hold my breath.....
my game plan is to annoy all my friends from now until may 13th about coming to the show so that they eventually cave in. i hope it works, but i\'ll be raging nonetheless -- well, just as long as i get the following sunday off from work, which i\'m working on...
Coda looks like the type of venue that will do some promotion anyways. I will talk to Tim and see if we can\'t get a jump on this show. Perhaps we can get some time on a jam friendly radio station or something. This gig is a definite must to promote. The New York shows lately have been alright on attendance. I would hate to see a gig in May go grossly unattended.
Any suggestions on how to get the word out? Howwa bout postering subways or boards, something?

Hmm... how about a little drum and guitar session or solo timmy in the city the weekend before? (OK, OK. It\'s true that this is a shameless attempt for me to get a little extra breakfast love in nyc. but it might actually help them attract some ppl to the coda gig.) the knitting factory tap bar or old office are always comfy, but it looks like they\'re filling up....
What else... What else... Oh Yeah! Duh! Some of the Green Apple Musical Festival shows REALLY REALLY REALLY should be flyered! check out the schedule at

i am going to try to get as many westchester heads as i can out to this show. i\'ve been spreading the word around my neck of the woods and have been bringing a lot of people out to the nyc shows, hopefully i can increase the number this time. we will make this a happenin show.
