I\'m not sure how getting rid of an extra will work with the "will-call" thing. I don\'t have a physical ticket, just a name on a list with a "2" next to it. But with $25 riding on it, I\'ll figure it out one way or another. Puppethouse seems like a cool place that would let me work my cheap-ass magic and get somebody else in on one of my tickets.
my prediction is that jill and i won\'t be attending tonight and that tomorrow is up in the air...
she pulled/strained/fugged up a nerve in her neck that\'s been giving her shooting bursts of temple pain for the last week or so. last night the doc gave her some medicine, so we\'re gonna have to see how it works today and play the weekend by ear. which is a bummer on every level. hopefully she feels up to it. knowing her, it\'ll take more than this to keep her from her boys!
Tis the day upon us.
amen to that.
so it\'s definetly BYOB? This is how i persuaded some friends to come with me and if it\'s not, i don\'t wanna look like the ass
When are you heading down this way?
It is BYOB like my man Cobb has already answered.
Going to be a blast.
I do not expect any problems with getting in or with tickets this fine evening.
Hopefully i\'m heading out of town around 7 so i should be arriving around 8:30 or so. Keeping my fingers crossed its not sold out by then
Practice, practice, practice. :rimshot:
But seriously, does anybody know the best way to get to the Puppethouse? I got decent directions online (taking exit 56 off of 95 North), but you folks have a knack for knowing how to get places quickly and/or via roads where THEY aren\'t looking for us. Anybody?
Drew,
Are you coming from Wallyworld?
If so, I usually take the backroads out from 22 to 80 then crossover to exit 56 (not getting on highway), then right to stony brook
What time do you plan on leaving?
It better be BYOB I just pickerd up a bottle of Belvedere and a bottle of champagne (figured the shos deserved a samll toast with the bubbly)
I got limes, Organic lemons some mixers. Just have to figure out how to bring it all and not look like a real drunk!
Plus I am gonn Have all my taping gear. I am soooo pumped for these shows.
See you all there. I hope they traffic isnt really bad or I might only make it by the skin of my teeth
heading out of the office now...made a very akward excuse and said i have ghastly menstrual cramps and need to take it easy today...see you all tonight!!
it\'s no wonder men have no PMS etiquitte. who knows when woman are tellin\' the truth and when theyre lyin!
jking....SORRY to hear that....send our best to Jill and hope to see you guys at least tomorrow....
What time are people planning on arriving tonight?
What time is to early to start drinking?
If doors open at 7, show begins at 8, Breakfast go on stage at 9 and it is a BYOB event, then there is no need to worry about blowing all your money before the show starts. Also, doesn\'t this mean we can get there early and booze up hard there?
We sure can get there early......I dont know what the weather will be like.....
its gonna get stoney in Stoney Creek this weekend...
I\'m on the full-out 2 day rager plan.
From this moment forward, I am on ludicrous speed!
