None of these shows were promoted to the best of my knowledge. As for most of these shows on this little tour.
I would not be surprised if this run outside of the opening slots are DOOZIE\'s!
I try to get folks in the area using myspace but there is only so much one person can do.

only one show this week i don\'t have a taper for (tomorrow night).. gavin\'s got it covered though.
next week\'s a different story.. no luck so far..
I drove 4 hours round trip to have the hot bartender tell me the show was cancelled!!! I talked to Dob at 3pm and they were in Syracuse heading that way. What happened!!! Now I have to wait til Sterling. That SUCKS!!!!

i\'d made a post at 4:30am this morning, but then deleted it because i saw that gavin had sent me a (fake?) setlist..
the taper i had going to the show just confirmed that the show was cancelled.
the first text message i got from gavin said he couldn\'t record because dobs didn\'t have the right mics or mic clips, but all my stuff is in the van.. then the "setlist" came a little before midnight...

here\'s what i got:
The bartender said that Fredonia State College was supposed to pay for everything, but decided to back out since alcohol was being served. They should have known it was taking place in a bar. Since they wouldnt pay, the bar owner was expected to pay for everything, and I guess he just decided he couldnt afford to do it for the size crowd that he estimated.
This is just what the bartender told us so basically its just hear-say anyway. I never saw or heard a word from the owner, so who knows.
still would love to know what\'s up with the setlist i was sent.. :confused:
