this is your first Iron Horse show?

They have an early show and the later show. You have about 10-15 minutes of drinking in the venue before the show starts and its over by 1, I believe.

Hope that it is 2 sets but I will take an epic 1 setter that goes for 2 plus hours.

they should stick to the 1 long set at the iron horse, set break there kinda kills the tone of the night and they end up having to rush the second set.  I remember we used to want 2 sets there, but now that they have done that, I like the 1 long set better

I agree that the 1 extra long set would be the best fit. Like you state, it will be a rushed 2nd set and you might lose some heads if you take a break to college parties or something like that.

10:15-12:30 with a 10-15 minute encore would fit nicely, they just have to really hurry up and get on stage ASAP as the doors open.  I remember that freezing cold show (outside it was) they were on while I was still outside waiting to get in (i waited in the car to try and warm up alittle), that needs to be done again.
