some random thoughts....

i hope this weather doesn\'t keep too many folks away.... although, they played john\'s hopkins in crappy weather, andwhile no one showed u, we got a ridiculously good show nonetheless. gravity>flower punk>gravity, a sweet leaf with jordan leaping over his keys to the floor below... all kinds of goodness... i\'d really like a sundance>rider on the storm tease>sundance, and then maybe, like, every other new song not played last night..... with all the rain, tonight would be a great night for an octopuses garden.... its gonna be weird seeing a show around here and not seeing holly around.... i wonder how dancing and ultracets are gonna work....

I remember that show(JH) and I think the lack of people was due more to the lack of promotion from the school. and the timing I believe it was exam time or something. The guy who booked them even said that the party scene there was slim to none. If the show had been in a bar outside of town things might have been different but who knows.

yeah it was, still one of my favorite segues ever! ron started hinting at it, adrian picked it up and then BOOM timmy drops in. but all over a minute and a half or more, very subtle unless you were really listening.

that john\'s hopkins show was ridiculous! i just remember how shitty the drive was in the rain that night...

i really hope that the weather doesn\'t put too much of a damper on tonight\'s show. i talked to my mom a little while ago and she said that it\'s pretty bad out. fuckin hurricane ernesto.

as much as I know, our good friend Bowman has put together a fine last minute promotion push for this show. I thank him and I how the turnout tonight is the reward for a stellar show.

yeah, its really windy and blowing the rain all around, and this is apparently just the beginning.... i have a feeling the drive up tonight is gonna be at least as bad as the drive to JH, and i\'m *really* glad i don\'t have to drive back tonight! thank god for friends within walking distance (though the walk may not be any fun, either!)
