the band will be playing Porter\'s one last time on Friday, 09/30/05.

Porter\'s has been struggling to make ends meet for some time now, and the time has come to say goodbye to a great venue. the place has been sold and this will be the last concert played there.

so let\'s rock it out one last time, and give Porter\'s and the month of September the farewell they deserve. :wave:

first callihans, then tobacco road, now this. Seems like every time they find a kick ass venue it get closed! Hope to make it.

yeah, there\'s no way i can oversleep on this one. its gonna be a sad night, but hopefully some kickass music will send the place off in style.

Any idea if there will be a local (or regional) show booked for Sat. Oct. 1st.? I\'ll consider a last trip to Porter\'s if a 2nd show is announced.

ser sad news. only been there a couple times, but can already consider it to be one of my fav venues of all time. def gonna have to make it out this sunday, and for the closing date.

this might just be what propels me to trek down to CT for some breakfast. maybe timmy a swing a solo acoustic the next night, even another night of breakfast would be bad either.

i\'ve only been to porters for a good time boys show and a timmy show, but will definitely make it to this since i have to be in ny for an event 10/1. any word on a start time? (since i can\'t really miss work that day and will have to drive up after)

This show needs to be the shows of all shows. Were the band and the fancs become one, and rock the place out. 9/30 Porters, best lot seen ever. Need to make this happen because the serest of all ser lot seens will be gone....
