They are in negotiations for how long the suspension will be. Toad\'s is asking for 70 days, but the State Liq Commission wants it to be more...if this thing gets resolved in the next week or so...NO BOOZE FOR THE FREAKOUT!!!
:shock1: NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! say it ain\'t so!! That\'d be brutal.
makes no real difference for me. save a few dollars, bring in a few nips and leave at setbreak to get krunked in the lot.
yeah, not too bad just makes life easier, it makes me worry that it would keep people away.
they better be ready for people stumbling in if that happens.
I never buy booze there either, 99\'s for me BRAH. It will save everyone money for the more important things;)
this is terrible news, because I guarentee it will drive people away from the show if they find out no booze is being sold.
that being said, is there a lot around the area where you can go out at setbreak for a few beers? the one I usually park at is in the middle of the road and not really cool for hanging out at setbreak
You usually park up on Broadway. There is a lot
here that is more out of the way. Toad\'s is right by the corner of York and Wall, only a couple blocks away.
we all will just be saving money for SERacuse where we will rage like no other at the show and in a hotel room under a dead 100 year old circus midgets name.
I hope Toad\'s gets stuck with a huge fine and its after the FFO, that way those bastards who spend NYE at Toad\'s Place can\'t drink.
Why is the club at fault for serving those with fake IDs?
Here\'s a solution: lower the drinking age (like that would ever happen in a state that doesn\'t trust adults with alcohol purchases after 8pm).

I believe that the RAVE ACT now holds the venues/promotors/etc. at fault regardless.
I think the RAVE act only has to do with
drugs, if someone at your club OD\'s or is busted with somethign you are respossible. But I could be wrong
check
this out for a breakdown on the RAVE act,

good thing it was posted on .info, in a thread that has around 5,000 views so far!
prob only a few hundred so far (since this news came out) and how many are repeats?
