anybody have any recommendations on where to stay up in Utica?? I don\'t mind a crappy place because I\'d only be sleeping for a couple hours before heading to moe.down

walking distance - hotel utica (huge rooms) and i THINK it\'s a marriott across the street....

a little further away ($7 cab or so) off the highway exit- red roof and motel 6 (super 8 is $$ for some reason)

if you\'re ok with ghettoy and the owners can barely communicate

although i didn\'t stay there - happy journey motel and scottish inn, some really awful reviews on the internet

i just did all this research a few weeks ago for moe. cause hotel utica was $200 and there were only three of us. we opted for the motel 6

I checked the other day and Hotel Utica was going for $129 for the night. Pretty sure that\'s where we\'re gonna stay. Actually, I\'m positive.

i stayed at the scottish inn for the st pattys day show and didnt have a problem. we pregamed there all afternoon and had no issues from the owner. its less than a $10 cab ride and since youre basically just going to use it to sleep, you cant beat the price.

it\'s offical, I\'m in for the show (might show up alittle late tho). Might be my first 4-piece show I\'ll be at so I can\'t wait for this.

just booked a room at the scottish in for the night, $55 after taxes

hahah yeah just be careful of security there. they didnt like the post breakfast crowd last year at all

im so torn on this. i really wanna go but i just cant seem to find a way to get back to utica after getting the rv up to turin. anyone gonna be getting into utica early adn maybe willing to take an extra ride up to turin to help me and a few friends out? i need to have my rv up there as early as possible cuz i really want to be close to the stage for moe.down weekend(i was kinda far from the stage last year and even though it wasnt that far, it was still far enough away that i couldnt really hear the bands from my camp site.)

if all else fails is anyone planning on recording this? least i can listen to it, i hope
