Hey guys. I work on the Web site for News 12 (based in southwestern Connecticut as well as other areas). Just read this script.

"A Milford nightclub that has been the site of several brawls recently is for sale.

The owner of the Daniel Street Caf?, Richard Conine, says he\'s looking to lower his liability.
Conine says he\'s asking 1.3 million dollars for the property, and hopes the buyer will share the same vision he had for a music club."

maybe if old men didnt act like drunken jerks...then they wouldnt be selling the place...but then again what bar doesnt have fights...but if defo sucks for the band...hopefully the new owner will still let them play
