I road to work yesterday, it was 1 hour exactly, like 17 miles but a lot of hills. Took a shower at the gym, nice ride home afterwards to get rid of the stress from the work day. I recomend everyone try it.

First sign of spring: had a driver flip me off as he drove by me yesterday for no reason I could tell. I was way over, no where near him. He was just flipping me off because he could I guess.

Biking to/from work today (after a 30-minute warmup run :biggrin: ).

I know Block Island like the back of my hand.

The National is the hotel you guys wanna stay in...the closest thing to a hotel that will allow noise/partying

The Blue Dory is not that close to Captain Nicks, although everything is pretty much walkable on the island, i would suggest a cab
