I may be starting crap, well I know I am, but why does the band have to perform a bisco set?  They\'re not the DBs, they\'re The Breakfast and should perform the set that they want to and think will win fans over to THEIR style.  If they do a set specifically for those fans, then think of their surprise if they go to a regular show.  Not that I\'m planning to go or anything but to give an example - I remember seeing GWAR open up for The Misfits - imagine if GWAR cut their songs down to 2 minutes and excludes the stage antics to appease Misfits fans.  Do you think that would be a fun show to go to?  Or even better, when Psychedelic Breakfast played Camp Creek a few years back - imagine if they changed their style to sound like Max Creek? - that\'s like going to a restaurant and ordering a juicy kobe burger and getting a McDonald\'s patty.

But the thing is, the bfast do play trancey songs already as part of their own style. Why not play the songs that are trancey when you know the bisco crowd would eat it up?

p.s. this **** better be true because the calendar is looking HAG right now and it\'s the heart of summer.

Is this true?  They have to play a set of DB?

I like the idea.  Disco Breakfast.  Who says they have to play the songs like DB?  Like any cover, it\'s nice to see how another band interprets the music.

And frankly, I\'d love to see/ hear what GWAR would do to Misfit songs.  I\'d also like to see Glen Danzig get fed to that beast on stage... but that\'s just cause Danzig\'s "persona" annoys me.

Where did you find that?
I just read this on campbisco.net:
"All tickets are 3-day passes, which include CAR CAMPING and parking (except for RVs). Prices do not include service and shipping charges."

I\'m not saying that they have to play DB songs.  My point is that why go out of their way to play trancy songs if that\'s what they want to do.  If it happens, fine - but I think that if they went out of their way to be trancy just to please the crowd, then they\'re taking away from their sound.

That\'s just my 2 cents.

Back to The Misfits thing, any way you slice it, Danzig is The Misfits.  Don\'t be too surprised if you see him back with the band at some point this year, being the 30th Anniversary plus Danzig and Doyle have played together.  There\'s already a tour lined up that includes, I think, Jerry Only, Doyle and Chud, so let\'s keep out fingers crossed.

The best I\'ve seen the trio is when they\'re tranced out.  Let\'s face it, at this point it\'s literally **** or get off the pot for these guys. For the sake of the band and us diehards I hope it\'s a massive exhibit of fecaphilia.

No prob... I think I\'m like one of 3 that likes Kote.

?

Joe, AMZ, Wolfman?

There are a lot of bands I\'d like to check out at this festival.  Unfortunately, too far for a road trip.

2) They should play like the Breakfast.
