this is some pretty important info. you may want to update the website or at least the fb page with this, bonzo. i\'d be pretty pissed if i had to take a "shuttle" or walk some distance with all my ****.

how early do i have to get there to be guaranteed a spot?

I hope arriving before the music starts on Friday guarantees me camping.  That being said I don\'t have a ticket yet and I didn\'t go last year so I have no idea about the size of the grounds.

I don\'t know as early as you can. All I know is everyone is pumped for it and there is only so much room so get there as early as you can.

I paid in advance for two tickets believing that I could park and camp on-site as stated in all of the official festival info I have read on here, on the fest FB page, and on the official fest website.  I would consider anything less to be unacceptable.  I planned on arriving at pretty early on Friday anyways (2PMish...is that "early"?) so hopefully this won\'t be an issue.

It is very unsettling when someone who is not working on the fest is providing very important information that they had to get directly from the promoter.  It makes it look like the promoter is keeping secrets from the customers.  Making me even more uneasy is the promoter\'s unreassuring follow-up: "I don\'t know" and "All I know is...there is only so much room" are NOT the types of messages that customers want to hear from people running a fest.  Then the words "get there as early as you can" send the negative messages that 1. "We don\'t have enough space." 2. "This festival is set up to unfairly favor those who happen to be able to arrive the earliest" and therefore 3. "It\'s a race to get here so be very anxious."

I\'m sure the fest will be great and I know how much hard work goes in to producing a fest.  I\'m going to assume that it will all be fine.  But I\'m very uneasy now.

Good to hear!  That should make a much nicer commute for those taking the shuttle/are parked in the remote access lot.

Don\'t forget to get here by 2pm Friday or risk limited access to the festival grounds! [EVIL][/EVIL]

But in all seriousness, we all just need to chill out.  I\'m sure we will all be fine.  I look forward to seeing everybody Friday night!
