It\'s refreshing to know there are a couple of frats willing to book The Breakfast in place of the usual Dave Matthews cover band.
Headiest frat that I accidentally found myself at [I\'ve never gone out with the intention of partying at a frat (except for the time that a former roomate invited me to his pimp/ho party)] was in Oneonta (home of the Klout).
Weird scene that included free beer, jam bands and dread headed frat boys that encouraged male guests to grind with the chicks (rather than a standard beating when non-members try to hook up with the chicks at the meathead frats).

Hey if you wanna see The Breakfast play a sick show on Wednesday, December 7th tickets will be on sale at cook commons monday from 2:30-4pm and on tuesday from 12:00-3pm. Doors open at 7 and the show starts at 7:30. Tickets are $15 each.
If they are selling tickets out on the commons then this is not a private show. It may be a hard ticket to get but it is not private. Do they tell you to bring a UVM ID with you? No.
I think that it is pretty sad that PT hears about this before the real Breakfast fans do. If the frat sent out a ton of emails then they obviously are not too concerned with keeping it quiet. From the looks of it the band is far more concerned with keeping people away than the frat is.
