I\'m glad to see them take this out of CT. Smart choice of venue in doing so also.

i thought zoso was its alias name? their first three albums are simply I, II, III so i assumed IV was the main title of this album. IV - Zoso. oh well, its still a good album.

its actually Led Zeppelin (Untitled) and probably just became IV because there was no name.

for ease of conversation it\'s called 4, but technically the title is the unpronounceable symbols that look like the letters "ZOSO"

The untitled fourth album of English rock band Led Zeppelin was released on November 8, 1971. It has no official title mentioned on the cover and is commonly referred to as Led Zeppelin IV, in the style of the band\'s previous three albums. Atlantic Records catalogues have used the names Four Symbols and The Fourth Album, and it is also variously referred to as Untitled, Runes, Sticks, Man with Sticks, Four and ZoSo (after the appearance of the first character or symbol printed on the LP label). Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page frequently refers to the album in interviews as Led Zeppelin IV, while singer Robert Plant thinks of it as "the fourth album, that\'s it."

The official title is

It\'s an interesting read if you\'ve never heard it

Other notable albums with no titles are The beatles "White" album and Yes\' 90125 (the catalog number of the release)

4 = the worst idea for a theme ever.  I mean, has this band not grown and changed a lot over the past year?!  and the most original idea they could use is +1 from last year?! ... lame.  Lemme guess:  next year\'s theme is 5. :sigh:
