its just why should they get to see them. i mean not to start a long drawned out rant but i support the band and travel distances to see them and if they are playing in my backyard i should be able to see them privately or not. but whatever... i missed the last one and got over it soon, and at least i know about these one a few weeks in advance.
^^^^^^ if you paid a bunch of money you could have your own private party.

Another heady Burlington show, eh? Nectars was awesome on 4-20... although security sucked ass during set break. No parties in the back parking lot, that\'s for sure. I\'ll prob head on up there... even though it\'s a haul, and I may be back up in the area a few weeks later for new years... but a nectars show is worth it. School\'s out for the winter by then too, so no lame excuses in that department.
What\'s this about a private show at UVM? Why does the B\'fast feel they need to privatize their shows? Don\'t they want as many people to see them as possible? It seems contradictory to their ultimate goal.

If it is happening it would have nothing to do wiht the guys, it\'s all on whoever booked the event if
they want it private......
I don\'t see what the big deal is with UVM or other colleges/universities booking bands to play at thier establishments for thier students. It usually isn\'t that hard to get in if you aren\'t a student ( @ UVM that is)- saw Vida Blue there on 4/20/01 which was pretty nutso.. I guess they played a gig in the gym back in the fall and for some reason people are complaining because they can. anyways, have yet to make it to nectar\'s, so I may hafta make the journey...
