Hey All,

I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a food drive at this show to benefit The Worcester County Food Bank.

PLEASE bring a non-perishable food item or two to help those in need.

SHS will have a prize for the largest donor and CD\'s for random donors from a drawing of all donors...

Help us help others. If you\'re coming, please bring something. Tell a friend who\'s coming, etc... Spread the word and spread the love!

Peace, Donald

Donald buddy it\'s great that you are promoting the shows with the food drives, but I dont think you need to stick the info in every other thread on the message board. If people are going to donate, one or two posts will be sufficient to encourage them to do so.

Again thanks for your hard work though,

Sorry about the multiple postings. We got a very late start on promoting this because of some miscommunications... I was just trying to cover the bases and don\'t really have a feel for where most fans get their information, etc...

We are shooting for 100,000 this year. We more than tripled our 2003 donations in 2004 and almost tripled our best year ever.

We\'ve hooked up with Wormtown Trading to do food drives at ALL of their events this year as well as having started SHS satellite groups in 4 bands\' fanbases where they are organizing their own food drives with our help and are courting several more fanbases looking for interested fans.

We also have or are about to place permanent dropoff boxes in a number of clubs where people can drop food donations anytime...

We have some promotional ideas for the festival season too which will vastly increase our ability to raise donations and will be working with several high profile bands and performers in 2005.

Yeah we think we can do 100,00 items! Why not shoot for the moon? Even if we come up way short of that goal, we will still have helped so many people in need and impacted some very needy food banks and shelters!

Peace, Donald

You dissing the food drive Wah?  Last I heard you were the beneficiary of a Waste Haven food drive.

Enjoy those canned goods boy!

I totally forgot to bring them to Cafe 9 last month.  Had a crapload for the Wah\'s and others in need.
