from what i was told, steve had no part in writing the setlist last night...

great show last night!! ser queeb, puppetry, son of simpleton in the first set. gladys and psygn owned 2nd set and the welcome to this world encore was **** awesome. i would love to hear the band play it more often. hadn\'t heard rust in a while, the song doesn\'t stand out very much to me at this point.

i have to say that asbury park is a strange place. especially the empress hotel. i might even add the people who stay at the empress hotel are a little strange and i\'m not talking about the fact that it is a gay hotel. after checking in last night, i watched 10 or so greasers (like from the movie grease) walk outside and get into some 1950 chevy something with fins, rev the engine and take off. i should also mention the 45 or so year old couple (swingers) who followed us into our hotel room after coming back from the show. i would go into more detail but my brain is just a little fried right now.
