On a sidenote, does anyone know the proper pronunciation of Tempe, AZ?  After a heated discussion last weekend, I\'d appreciate some help.  Is it Temp-EE or Temp-AY or just Temp? Thanks in advance,

Quote from: City of Tempe,AZ Visitor\'s Guide
"Hayden\'s Ferry," as the city was called then, was also the name of the only vehicle across the Rio Salado. The town grew slowly with mercantiles, saloons and other businesses along the dusty main street Mill Avenue, and was renamed the City of "Tempe" Arizona (Tem-PEE) by an English traveler who compared the area to the beautiful Vale of Tempe in Greece.
 thanks. confirmed by Google.  not that i didn\'t trust u both ;)

that show looks fantastic.. i wonder how many times theyve played Buquebus, Gladys, and TGSOT in the same set. i know it\'s happened here and there, and it looks absurd every time i see it.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

If there\'s an encore it had to be a good turnout.  I\'ve been to that venue and the Breakfast got a pretty good turnout on Sat. night when they played there on spring tour; if they played a show like this on a sunday, that means most of the peeps from the first show must have come back.  They must be making a lot of new fans in Tempe.
