they should always play LoveLake like this!!!! nice an uppitty, like a simpleton or a Funky Bill\'s (almost, but you know) the quickness works well to show off Adrian\'s skills and Timmy can fill in notes left and right.. Igzy you were right about it having some ballzzzz...

I first heard Love Lake @ the Knitting Factory in NYC, and thought it was a snoozer :banzzz:
But I just heard the Nectar\'s version & it kicks ass!  I\'ve also been converted

here\'s a great review.  (I\'m not sure exactly how to properly credit the author so I hope no one is offended - see link):

"While U-Melt was struggling to leave the fest that wouldn\'t let them go, The Breakfast took stage with a sound best described, in the words of dreadlocked fairie queen, as "half Ted Nugent and half Rush." Stunned that they taught Nuge and Canadian Power Trios in Fairie Academy, I was even more amazed that damn if I couldn\'t hear some "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" crossed with "La Villa Strangiata" coming off the stage. Like the ever-ambling U-Melt, the first meal of the day has a new CD, Moxy Epoxy, out and they debuted the first song, "Psygn," a slow-groovin\' tune that has a bit of Strangefolk, Phish and late-model Red Hot Chili Peppers to it. Not a bad breakfast at all."

Breakfast is beyond comparison... especially beyond comparison to Ted Nugent (puke)

No doubt... for starters my gun collection is a little skimpy
