is it just me or did I hear an "Up for the Down Stroke" tease in the post-Beef Barley jam?
I definately heard some blatant pfunk tease somewhere but i couldn\'t remember what song it was in or what song they were teasing. i was thinkin it was "do that stuff". it makes sence that it was in the beef jam.

Damn, they played their asses off at this show.

Good stuff. I liked the Providence show a bit better because the jams were more tripped out, but this was a SER rager.

lotsa notes!

All the noobs I brought along for both shows this weekend had their faces melted. GOod stuff
Put the pointed pencil in the pepper-po and take a little sniff of the things below. :sadban:

Fun show.  Even more fun party.  It was my first time seeing the band with three members, and there was no discernable drop in musical quality.  If anything it seemed they were using the extra space to spread out and listen more.  Awesome setlist on paper.  The same show played at 10K Lakes or Stone Church or Butterfield would have a chance at being an all-time great.  As the case was this show took place at the always 75% empty Mill Street Brews in Southbridge, MA so there\'s only so great it could get.  It\'s not even a knock on the bar, I have no qualms with the place itself and the management was INCREDIBLY nice with helping me on Sunday to find the ATM card I left behind at the show.  I like going to the place but there\'s only so great a show can get at a venue that\'s always going to be half empty, that\'s all.  The show was as good as it could have been and the most important thing is that the 3-piece hasn\'t lost a beat.

This post is dedicated to everyone who had to do pushups when I made the great flatbed Frisbee shot from the deck.  At 100 feet nobody could even hit the truck, then I delicately dropped my first shot right onto the flatbed while drunk at 7am.  This resulted in a lot of people owing me a lot of pushups.  Good times.

ellis doing push-ups in the middle of the street after frisbee retrieval at 7am, w. a cig hanging from his mouth, in the same clothes he\'d had on since friday was worth the price of admission.

must of been all those practice shots you were taking when I was carrying your ass through beer pong...or maybe you learned something from watching me hit every shot ;)

Hold up, wait a minute.  The only people who got owned were those who played against the formidable duo of Anigilatigiliatiaiglaigatiga and myself.  Granted, she made a lot more shots than I did, but when we needed a big shot I was there.  In the championship I made a single-cup retaliation shot to force OT, and then in OT we teamed up and simultaneously sank the single to ice it.  I was Steve Kerr to her Michael Jordan.  Nothing wrong with being Steve Kerr.  (As long as your partner is MJ.)

Yes Dave, our opponents were certainly saying "help I\'ve been owned."  Hey, maybe if you hung out after a show for once you could be making the stories rather than just commenting on them.  OH!  Who\'s getting owned now?
