Thanks to bezerker for the call!
Either the setlist is incomplete, the \'Queeb was 45 minutes long or they ran out of time. I really like the looks of the 2nd set.
please say the Queeb was 45 minutes...
The Queeb was
**** insane...and was nothing short of 45 minutes. I told them at setbreak that I wanted to hear it, but that they might save it for the HOB...they said they\'d just play it again and to consider tonight a warm-up for Chicago. If that\'s what they call a warm-up, I may be in need of medical assistance.
What a freakin throwdown - there were only 20 people there, but they gave it their all. My body hates me this morning, but it was totally worth it. Everyone was in a great mood despite the crowd conditions.
Gravity was dedicated to Gavin because last night was his 100th Bfast show.
Escher\'s, Gravity, and Buquebus were HUGE. All the friends I brought were in awe and kept shaking their heads because it was so unreal.
I got home at 5 and got up at 9 to finish a term paper...you\'d better believe I\'m going to crash later this afternoon! East Coasters, Gencs is having a great time and behaving himself (for the most part).
Gencs behave himself...... is he feeling all right, is he sick or something
wait gencs is in the van?
wait gencs is in the van?
Gencs = New TPalms Guitar Tech
and all around grip!
I\'m sure we\'ll get rowdy in Chicago. Gencs asked me what time I\'m rolling in on Friday, I said about 2 or 3 pm, his response was "Good, you\'ll be here in time to pregame"
From DAS BORT.
"no more than 20 people. probably 4 were crew. i dug it from the beginning, but the second set made me want to see them again immediately. highlights: gravity, i am the slime
SONGWRITING PEOPLE...SONGWRITING...this is the key to good rock and roll...you might be able to jam with the best of them, but if you dont have interesting songs who gives a
****?"
Slowly invading the UM fanbase......
****, I\'d be a gopher to if it meant travelling the country and seeing the boys everynight. Lucky Bastard. If any of you MW folks talk to Gencs tell him to give me a call on my cell when he gets a chance.
I\'d give anything to be able to work a full Breakfast tour.....
