why is everyone so down on MIAB?? I think it\'s a great cover & a rockin\' tune.
:that:
i love it, and think it\'s one of their better covers.
I saw a show in Aiken SC where they played China Cat and message in a bottle - remember that one Marcial? I prefer China Cat, but miab seems to be a crowd pleaser. Just don\'t close the show with it - bring in a solid original for a closer.
Nothing against it over here.

don\'t think I\'ve seen it since last year\'s strangecreek set...
glad to see the ball rolling, finally in CO. hopefully everyone who was there last night, will be back with some p33ps tonight...
Honey Butter > Bugs > Drum Solo > What The Funk** > L.A. Woman > Episode 3 (Awakening)- :scared:
Ok I found the setlist from 3/20/04 Aiken SC:
Funk>Vermont Song, Beef Barley, Taboo or not Taboot> CHINA CAT SUNFLOWER > Puppetry, No Regret, Drunk Monk, Superfly Phaddy Fat, LOTG, LA Woman, May Fly, Phaddy Boom Baddy, WPOAC, MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE
So they did play China Cat and MIAB in the same show before!
I\'d rather see MIAB any day over a lone China Cat.....

That surprises me Dave,
I dont\' hate the song, there are just many other things I\'d rather hear.
I\'ll tell you what thou, Ron loves to sing this tune. They played place called Jellybeans in upstate New York, and they rean outta time, and the whole ride home that\'s all I heard outta Save, he kept breakin out into it in the ride home......
I hear Sting more than any other bassist in Ron\'s playing.
Man, I knew I should have stayed in Colorado!
I do remember that show very well... it was in the evening after an afternoon show in Atlanta. I remember pulling into the venue with the band van... late... after high-tailing it from ATL, and the place being pretty well packed. The sound was hella bad (could barely make out the vocals), but the show was ROCKIN. I remember seeing lots of jaws on the floor...
I hope you have fun at the show in AZ...
^^I think that was the first time I met you.....
who cares, show is ragin obviously, keep on rockin boys:bounce6:
