My girlfriend and I had been planning a trip to montreal specifically to see the Breakfast play their 1st internation show, my girl\'s 2nd time and my third time seeing the Breakfast. When they took the \'stage\' (more of a small platform an inch off the ground, Adrian told me after the show what i had suspected he wasnt using his own kit, didnt matter though, he still had a tight show and SICK solo as uaual) I counted 9 people standing in front of the stage. 99% of the crowd were first timers for the band and by the end of their time the place was rocking. Tim thanks us for our energy toward the end of the show. The bar was quite small, maybe 20 people dancing in front of the stage. by the end, and approx 30 more throughout the bar. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to chill with Jordan at the bar after the show, what a guy...WHAT A SHOW!!!! the energy was insane, the band was tight as ever and super rocking. They showed Canada what jam rock is all about with some amazingly trippy jamming. Way to go boys. Thanks for the amazing time.
