There were definitely a lot more than 65 people there.  If I thought about it hard enough I could probably name 65 people who were there.  Ziggy\'s is deceivingly large.  Most of the crowd got in pretty early too which is good because The Breakfast took the stage right @ 9:30.  People were very much right down front and diggin\' it moreso than in Columbia and Charlotte I thought but I\'ve got local bias when it comes to Ziggy\'s.

What\'s up Joel!  Glad to see there are other die hard Breakfast fans down south.  I think it\'s awesome that the Breakfast has made so much progress in North Carolina recently.  Next time they come down hopefully they\'ll headline most of the shows - if they had been headlining Ziggy\'s I might have had to come up from Atlanta but it\'s too far to go just for an opener.  When they come back to NC and headline some shows you will definitely see me up there! I might even do the whole tour.

Awesome Joel that\'s I like to hear. When Fred said 65 people I was a little taken aback, because Ziggy\'s is such a big place, 65 people there would look really sparse. There has always been a couple hundred whenever I was there. Glad to hear people were getting into it (can\'t be hard for them to be digging it more than they were in Columbia though! )

Thanks for the pics!

Everyone in Columbia and Charlotte were still diggin it.  Of that I\'m sure.  @ Ziggy\'s though everyone was right down front showing their appreciation rather than just sitting back and saying "damn these guys kick ass!".  Bands feed off the energy of the crowd though so if you let them know you are into it you will be rewarded as we were the other night.
