Funky Bill\'s has:

The Bustout Factor: Rarely seen, as opposed to seen so often that you could get bored of it.

And...

The Efficiency Factor: They ONLY use it to close a set, and ONLY close an insane set with it.  They specifically reserve it for huge closer spots, to the point where it\'s actually a way of the band saying to the crowd, "Hey, this set was awesome!".  

It\'s probably the only song I would vote over Buquebus besides Beer Jubilee.  Funky Bill\'s is like the spy in Stratego: It\'s nowhere near as good overall as the #1 piece, but it\'s the only piece that can take down the #1 piece.
