Anyone having trouble getting this to download ? I have tried from 2 different machines today. It connects but the download never starts even after leaving the window open for like 20+ minutes ?

I noticed a similar issue with the BT I seeded today ?

Sorry guys, I am unable to connect to the tracker on my end. not sure what the problem is?

matt - the problem is, you never uploaded the .torrent file to my ftp server. if you do that, then start your torrent, we\'ll be all set to go.

i\'ll put the file on the server tonight if i beat you to it, then all you have to do is open your window.

i put the torrent file on the server, so assuming you made it correctly, if you open it up now, it should be rolling. i\'m open here and ready to go. let me know...

gray - i\'m downloading, but not from matt... it\'s weird.. tracker shows 8 downloading. i made a post in the STG BT:GS forum about this situation. check it out:

let me try to explain. last night, i had a buddy set up a show to host on my BT tracker, from his house. he went through all the steps to get it going. he connected, and i connected (before we made any other announcement). we both showed up on the tracker (1 complete, 1 downloading), however, my BT client said i was connected to 0 seeds, and it wasn\'t downloading, and he wasn\'t uploading. (no error was reported in the BT client).

so we announced the show. he left his window open, and i left mine open. other people have started to download the show - the tracker shows 8 downloading. i\'ve also started to download some data finally, but only from peers, not from the seed. and still, it says i\'m only connected to 3 peers (although the tracker says 8 are downloading), and 0 seeds.

why am i not able to download from the seed in this scenario? i know you can put limits on how many people you upload to, but that doesn\'t explain why i was unable to download from the seed when we were the only 2 people with windows open.

fwiw, we\'re both on routers with a firewall, but we also both have ports 6881-6889 open. any ideas??

I know why, firewalls. You have to open some more ports. Its best to ask Jwolf whats up.

matt\'s not getting a very good first impression of BT!

everyone:

the only files affected d2t03 and d2t04. keep everything you got, and leave your windows open and continue to seed. i\'ll have matt upload d2t03 and d2t04 to me, and i\'ll torrent just those 2 files individually. hopefully we\'ll be able to do it tonight. i\'ll get in touch with matt and we\'ll get it rolling.
