Chris, I agree with you Ron?s vocal do sound better, but here are some reasons why.

1. The band\'s new in-ear monitor system allows each member to hear himself and each other better.

2. Lower volume of stage monitors allows for better control and intelligibility.   For once, I can actually understand the words coming out the PA?s.  If anything it\'s a major improvement.

3. Song selection such as dimension5, tom sawyer and others force Ron to be on top of the mix where you really notice his vocals.

4.  Josh Dobson, The sound guy is also doing a great job making sure vocals volume, compressors, and effects are where they need to be in the mix to make them shine.

All of these factors are helping to improve the sound quality of the band?s vocals.

I pray that the in-ear monitors do not destroy any of the chemistry the guys have on stage as it did w/ GD.
It will be nice to hear a crisp TB show as I like to be up front and lower stage volume is good.
The fact that Josh has been doing a much better job handling the complex sound that is TB\'s signature is very noticable.
Worrying is like praying for something you don't want.
