I never meant for a postive request to have TURNED into this. Freddie, first off the Nectar\'s show and Cafe Nine show were TWO occassions where, YES I promised discs because I was excited about seeing one of my favorite bands and merely wanted to share the vibe with others. On both occassions I couldn\'t find anyone to go with, mainly because none of my friends like TB, no matter how much I play for them. I know from past experiences that if I go to a TB show ALONE it will be a miserable time. No one will talk to me and I\'ll end up just psychoanalyzing the whole event. In the end it would be a waste of gas money and a blow to my self esteem. Some people Freddie, believe it or not have psychological issues and TRY to take the time to heal them. If I went to Nectar\'s per se, I would not only have to deal with a girl who I went through some intense
**** with (stimulus A which would\'ve brought out anxiety/panic) but I would\'ve also dealt with the fact that I know Ron and Jordan, if they spotted me would be giving me the dirtiest looks I could ever have imagined (stimulus B). And on top of all of that you would\'ve been there with whoever else from CT, calling me a fag etc etc....
In conclusion, I felt it made more sense to stay home, get drunk and vommitted profusely until I hallucinated, than to go to a show where I\'d be going back and forth to FEARFUL of my psychic well being and HAPPY that they played Doughboy...
