Just gave it a first listen.

i cant crank it up too loud right now but it sounds like a GREAT recording. All the levels seem perfect at low volume tho.

Overall more of a jordan show but everyone was on point.

Highlight reel

Puppetry->. The jam starts out pretty standard, spooky echoey stuff.
                 7:30 takes the up beat/techno turn
                 8:48 jordan starts really firing up synth
                10:09 Ronnie comes outa left field and staarts droppin bombs
                11:00 Nasty Peak out b4 doughboy

->DOughboy->Puppetry.
                7:30 super sp00ky phaser synth->Tim goes nuts

Sleeping Beauty. Awesome intro jam! Very slow and spacaey. Great effects and playing by jordan.  Whirling wind phaser sound!

Beef Barley.

Jam starts out soft and tasteful then starts getting funky with the quickness.
8:40 Massive build up begins->
8:57 Super Throw down session->
9:21 why did he hafta
 ^^^SER^^^

Taboo.
Possibly the best taboo intro ever! The funk continues with everyone trading licks and mimicing one another. Jordan once again gets super freaky on the synth. Ronnie starts dropin some huge bombs in there too around 1:20.

Overall a great preformance. I think they maybe felt a little rushed with a short slot and soulive coming up next. The set is very compact. I would have liked to see them skip chase and freshcut and jam out beef and doughboy/puppet more. But it was a one set festival gig and I assume they were trying to fit in as much material as possible.

Anyway I recomend the d/l to any one. Good listen for sure.

I think the only tracking error is that doughboy->Puppetry is one track. no big deal.

It is a very nice aud recording.

Listened to it a little bit more today. Short but sweet. Live it was about an 8.5 because the place was RAGING and the lights were outa control. Listening at home or in the car I give it about an 8.

I\'d like to hear this recording matrixed with the sbd when it comes. Would probly be the best sounding unofficial bfast tape yet.

it really sounds good, but the 5-29-05 strangecreek show is definetly a much better recording- clearer and louder....... i think it takes the prize
