In most cases, you will probably getter better speeds downloading from LMA via FTP  than from BitTorrent. I routinely get 100-250 KBs from LMA,  sometimes faster. Youy can pull a show down in a couple of hours if your internet connection is fast enough. I just wish I didn\'t have so much trouble uploading or I\'d probably put more shows there.
