ulee, just load those files into whatever program it is you use to burn (video) dvds..

NTSC is a video format....
Different countries have different formats...PAL, SECAM, NTSC........
not sure what it means, why they have em, etc, but I assume its along the same lines in why you need a voltage converter when you try to utilize electric stuff overseas as well...

ntsc has to do with the standard number of frames (still photos) per second (fsp) the image is recorded at. american is standard at 29.97 drop, which means almost 30 ion the same way that we have a calendar with leap years. Think of the leap day that comes around every couple of years as the \'drop frame\'. It puts you back on sync. Pal is universal for most of western europe and australia and runs a little slower, 27 I think. Movies record at 24. HD TV runs at double speed, 60 fps. The less frames in a second, the warmer and more movie-like it looks, when you add more it starts to look like hdtv.

i just hopped on and and uploading at around 70k. ill stay on for a couple days until some more people finish up.

on a side note, i still dont know how i can view this on my computer. i dont have any of the programs listed nor do i have a dvd burner. any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you can\'t find a free program to view dvds, you may wish to convert it to something that you can view... check

ya, sorry man, i just figured out how to burn dvds the right way yesterday. i can get you a better one with a menu screen and it won\'t be all tarded like the one i gave you.
