Hi Breakfast Family,
Matt Oestreicher here(though I like some of your spellings of my name much better.) I hope it is ok that I post here. I just wanted to thank everyone so much for being so kind and welcoming to me in the last few months. Everyone who I\'ve met has been great. Especially considering that some(most) of you guys know the songs better than I do. I\'m really really excited about hooking up with The Breakfast! I believe in these guys and their music so much! I know that August looks like a quiet month for the band, but we are rehearsing and planning alot for the near future. We are working on ways to get greater exposure for the band in the coming months and years. Also, I have to learn all of these tunes(and some of them are CRAZY!) But so far I love them all. This website is so cool! I have played with alot of groups in the last few years but none where the fans we\'re as connected with the music as you all are. It really inspires me to give all that I can to this band. I think you are gonna like what you hear in the next few months. It should sound like The Breakfast with more energy and fresh new life added.
