• What are the differences between 64Kbps MP3 and VBR MP3 files on archive.org?  I have been selecting VBR MP3 when I download shows and want to know if there is a difference in quality.

• i think VBR is more than twice the quality of 64 kbps.

  I actually have another question as well:
  
  I am interested in downloading the Chittenden Park show from 6-15-2003 and am wondering what form the song files are in.  Most archive.org files have 4 four choices (Flac, MP3 etc..) but this show only lists the tracks as "Shorten".
