Hi all,

I was just perusing some setlists and I stumbled upon the reviews for 8-30-01 at the Blues Cafe. I know the PB set is out there, but what about the Guitarness set? Did PB open the show? AND, Tim came out and jammed a bit with Guitarness! Gotta hear that! Guitarness was also my introduction to the badass bass playing of one Dave Livolsi, who lays down the bottom end for the Fu.

It\'s possible Dave recorded it on the same DAT that PB was recorded on. Pb DAT archives are in my parents basement. It would be interesting if it was on the tape.

Damn, well I guess I misread the date. The Guitarness show with the Tim sit-in was the night before, 8-29-01 at the Living Room. So its probably not on the DAT in question. But I must say I am intrigued at the thought of there being PB DAT archives somewhere.

Did PB play the living room on 8-29-01? this is not on archive and would love to see it there. If there is a copy of Guitarness I would check with the Max creek board. those tapers record everything.

I do not think that PB played on 8-29. They played at Meadows on 8-26, and 8-30 was the next gig. Tim must\'ve been in the area and stopped in to jam.

I\'m sorry about the confusion. I just got my dates mixed up. I would check the Creek board but they eliminated their message board and just use facebook. I have not succumbed to joining there yet. I am still holding out on that one. This one has got to be out there somewhere!

oh man, I missed that one by just a few months. I have mixed almost every Guitarness show since Feb of \'02 and recorded them all. Pevar is how I met Livolsi as well.
