i\'ll be in vegas that week. although i\'m thrilled beyond belief to go on vacation, i\'m bummed that i\'ll miss the gig. i was pushing for timmy to do it the 13th, but he already told the promoter he would do the 6th. Tim said he\'s going to ask to do the 13th as well, so we\'ll see.

i was hanging out at the bar last night and met a ton of really cool people. they\'re pumped for some good music in westchester. hopefully they\'ll hit up the gig.

one dude in particular works for medeski, martin and wood. apparently they just started a record lable. we chilled after the show and he played a new cd (soon to be released, i think) from mmw with john scofield. the music was awesome. and the kid grew up next door to scofield. pretty cool.

yeah, he lives in Katonah. He\'s going to be doing some shows at the Katonah Art Museum over the summer. And he\'s also performed at the local library.

I was just informed that there will be a Guys v. Girls flip cup competition happening on this same night at said bar.

regardless of how one feels about flip cut, i\'m sure any drinking competition will bring in heads and make the place pretty roudy. nice!

stopped down at kbg for about an hour and a half last night with two of my cousins..i did not take down a setlist. to be honest, i think that the katonah bar & grill really might not be the right scene for tim. it was nice to see kim+mike last night as well as some guy i used to hate in high school. i was suprised to see that some people on this board who live within 15 minutes of kbg did not show up to support tim. anyway, the whole flip cup games had to be the lamest **** i\'ve ever seen. i will never understand why people stand around and play that rather than just **** drink.
