For those of you who make it, I\'m sure you\'ll be in for a memorable drum solo!

One of the best ever I\'m sure.

Adrian did not win.  They announced the top 2, and he was not one of them.  A fine effort though.  There\'s always next year.

thats cuz the kids a machine behind that kit...no human drum machines alowed!
sleep a lot...eat a lot, brush em like crazy. Run a lot...do a lot, never be lazy..

so, what does he win? grand prize was a car, does he get money or a drum kit or anything?

in total,he ended up with some guitar center money, some heads,a snare,a ton of sticks, but no drumkit, and no scion...
the competition was tough as nails...in perfect breakfastesque(has this word ever been used?)luck,he picked a 1 out of the hat and had to go on first..his solo was explosive, but lacked alot of the **** that he did at the other drumoffs, and iron horse and webster....the other drummers were exploring alot more of the kit,and showing off many styles of drumming..adrian just went ballistic, and that was it..the ending of his solo sounded sorta like bonzos montroux, but i could be wrong..over the winner was the hometown, nyc boy,who came equipped with at least 50 supporters, which helped.it also helped that the guy went on 6th,so he was fresh in the judges minds,or lackthereof..all in all,it was a great experience that im glad i witnessed..adrian personally wanted me to express to everyone whos been supporting him the whole was through how much he appreciates and is very grateful for all the support..
take the E to the A to the D...you\'ll be all set

The competition was brutal. Adrian kicked ass, but so did the others. All six were great.  One kid who I thought for sure was going to give Adrian a run for the gold didn\'t even place. Go figure.

And, don\'t forget, the local favorite who did win (who was incredible): this was his #6 time in the contest....

Great job Adrian!

And on a happy note, Breakfast was heard on XM Radio on the way home!  On Jamnation: Food for Thought from Bona Fide with some very flattering comments from the hosts Dean and Jeff....
